Honorable Secretary:
I received with deep sadness the news of the despicable terrorist attacks against the government buildings and the monumental landmarks within the United States of America.
The leadership, government , and the People of the Republic of Yemen condemn and oppose strongly such terrorist acts, and send their deepest sympathies and condolences to the leadership, government and people of your great nation.
Our prayers during this tragic time are solely with those who have lost their loved ones. Our condemnation goes to all forms of terrorism which challenge our common vision towards peace and stability throughout the world.
