Applicants should provide a letterhead from their
affiliated news agency (Mailed, faxed or emailed) which
includes the purpose and duration of the journalist
visiting Yemen in order for them to receive visa
notification which is issued by the Ministry of
Information in the Republic of Yemen. The Minimum
Processing time is usually two weeks.

Applicants should provide detailed traveling itinerary.

Applicants should provide a list of all electronic
equipments to be used during the visit.

Applicants should provide a health certificate (Medical
Record or doctor's letter confirming the absence of any
contagious diseases).

Money order for applicable visa fees payable to “The
Embassy of Yemen”.
Schedule of Fees:
27$ for a Single entry Visa; valid of three months
62$ for a Multiple entry Visa; valid for six
months (3-Month) Multiple

Applicants should provide an original passport which is
valid for at least 6 months from the date of the
application and with a blank visa page.

Applicants should provide two recently-taken passport
photos attached to the application form.
