This Section includes
annual agriculture statistics of cultivable and
cultivated areas for the years 2001 to 2003. It also
includes indicators on cropped areas, quantities and
costs of production for the years 2001 to 2003. The general dept of
agriculture statistics and documentation is The source
where this data was collected. The Qat production
value has been adjusted by coordination with The
National Accounts Management and was based on their
methodology in evaluation
The
section also includes data on quantities and value of
fisheries and aquatic catches by species for the years
2000 to 2003. It also includes quantity of production
from fishes and other Aquatics caught listed by sector
during 2000 to 2003.
Data also include
number of fishermen and fishing boats for the years
2001-2003
in addition to number of fish co-operatives. Ministry of Fisheries
Resources is the main source of this data.
