Legalization of Commercial Documents:

Summary of legalizing Commercial Documents 

1) All commercial documents MUST be certified by the National U.S.-Arab Chamber of Commerce or The U.S. Department of State prior to legalizing it by our Consular Office.
2) The fee for legalizing commercial documents is $100.00 US Dollars.
3) All payments should be made to the consular section – Yemen embassy (Money order) only.
4) Include Two set of copies for the Consulate's records of the above documents.
5) Along with your documents and proper payment, you must enclose a brief cover letter and a prepaid self-addressed envelope .
6)  Mail your documents to :

Power Of Attorney:

Commercial/Commerce documents:
1) Document must be authenticated by the Secretary of the State in which it was executed.
2) Document MUST be certified by the National U.S.-Arab Chamber of Commerce.
3) Along with your documents and proper payment, you must enclose a brief cover letter and a prepaid self-addressed envelope .
4) Mail your documents to :

Non-Commercial/Personal:
1) Please send along with the documents a notarized copy of I.D. and/or Passport.
2) A signed AND notarized document by a minimum of two witnesses.
3) Along with your documents and proper payment, you must enclose a brief cover letter and a prepaid self-addressed envelope .

All Other Documents (Vaccination, Date of Birth, University degree...etc):

1) Document must be authenticated by the Secretary of the State in which it was executed.
2) Document must also be authenticated by the Office of Authentication, Department of State in Washington, D.C. For more information on this please contact the Office of Authentications.
