1)	Download The Commercial Legalization and Documentation Requirements Adobe
2)	All commercial documents MUST be certified by the National U.S.-Arab Chamber of Commerce or The U.S. Department of State prior to legalizing it by our Consular Office.
3)	The fee for legalizing commercial documents is $100.00 US Dollars.
4)	All payments should be made to the consular section – Yemen embassy (Money order) only.
5)	Include Two set of copies for the Consulate's records of the above documents.
6)	Along with your documents and proper payment, you must enclose a brief cover letter and a prepaid self-addressed envelope .(USPS Express mail only)
7)	Mail your documents to : Consulate of the Republic of Yemen 2319 Wyoming Avenue, NW Washington DC 20008
