Commercial/Commerce documents:
1)	Document must be authenticated by the Secretary of the State in which it was executed.
2)	Document MUST be certified by the National U.S.-Arab Chamber of Commerce.
3)	The fee for legalizing commercial documents is $100.00 US Dollars.
4)	All payments should be made to the consular section – Yemen embassy (Money order) only.
5)	Along with your documents and proper payment, you must enclose a brief cover letter and a prepaid self-addressed envelope .(USPS Express mail only)
6)	Mail your documents to : Consulate of the Republic of Yemen 2319 Wyoming Avenue, NW Washington DC 20008

Non-Commercial/Personal:
1)	Please send along with the documents a notarized copy of I.D. and/or Passport.
2)	A signed AND notarized document by a minimum of two witnesses.
3)	The fee for legalizing non-commercial documents is $50.00 US Dollars.
4)	All payments should be made to the consular section – Yemen embassy (Money order) only.
5)	Along with your documents and proper payment, you MUST enclose a brief cover letter and a prepaid self-addressed envelope .(USPS Express mail only)
